Our staff have been involved in the preparation, defence and settlement of claims and disputes on many of the region's largest construction and engineering projects, thus giving the practice unparalleled experience of what is required to successfully settle claims and disputes.
Our Approach
Quantum Resolve delivers a fresh approach to construction claims and dispute management in the region. Our mission is to keep clients out of formal dispute proceedings wherever possible, but to be there with them in the event that formal dispute cannot be avoided. In either case, Quantum Resolve maintains a focus on achieving viable settlement as quickly and as cost effectively as possible.

Our People
Quantum Resolve employs only the very best consultants in the region, who consist of engineering and construction professionals with practical industry experience.
Our people have advised on an extensive range of projects across multiple industry sectors, in both domestic and international contexts.
All of our consultants are either civil, mechanical or electrical engineers, quantity surveyors, or architects by background, who have supplemented their technical disciplines with further qualifications, including construction and contracts management, international arbitration and dispute resolution, finance and/or construction law.
Our consultants also have a variety of professional designations having satisfied the relevant criteria of awarding bodies, to become licensed professional engineers, certified cost professionals, planning and scheduling professionals, licensed architects and project management professionals, amongst others.
